Specification Recommendation

Based on the samples or even the prototype samples provided by the customer, we can offer an overall proposal for establishing guidelines to control the materials, processes and the specifications of the product for manufacturing use. We can also advise the customer of the function, quality and other factors that will increase the salability of your products. Our services include the safety compliance with legislation in different countries and the performance evaluation, according to the industry requirements.

Factory Assessment

• Factory Evaluation  Before placing an order, many buyers request, we perform an initial factory evaluation. A factory evaluation includes an assessment of the working conditions; facilities, machinery, management system, quality control system and production flow in the factory. We will also brief the vendor regarding the buyer's quality requirements. Our professional factory evaluation enables you and your foreign buyers to be confident in your quality control, production flow and delivery.   
• Factory Inspection  To ensure product fulfill original specification requirement, it is necessary to peform the product specification compliance audit to the factory. Factory inspection will help buyer to monitor product requirement to achieve the quality level. 

During Production Inspection

A random inspection will be made on the products when a small portion of the products are completed and packed. Our inspectors will also check for any defect or deviation in quality for semi-finished products and the quantity of raw materials for shipment. The purpose of this inspection is to find out any problem in the earlier stage of production, so that we can provide advice on the corrective measures to rectify the production process and to ensure a uniform batch of quality of the products.  

Final Random Pre-shipment Inspection

The pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is completely packed and ready for shipment.  The most of inspection is performed according to a conventional statistical sampling standard, such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS 6001, or customer's specific product standard requirements. The inspection covers quantity, workmanship, function, color, size specifications and packing details, all with a view to ensuring that customer requirements are met.  

supervision of Loading

This service is provided during containerization to supervise the exact quantity of shipment and the acceptability of the container itself. Pictures will be taken during the whole process as evidence. This is usually carried out after the Final Random Inspection.  

Damage Survey

We can provide a survey service for the damaged products and the quantity of the shipment, when a claim occurs during the import or the export process. Pictures will be taken as evidence.
