Basic Food Safety Training 2016

Basic Food Safety Training is a course designed for food handling operators and anyone who is new to food handling.  The course provides a clear concept of food safety, as well as all the required food safety steps throughout the food flow in a food premises.  Upon completion of the course, there will be a test and audience who pass the test will be granted a certificate, meaning the personnel has the basic concept of food safety and understand the operating procedures required from receiving to serving of food.
