Food Safety Management System Training 2016

Food Safety Management System Training is a course designed for those who have basic food safety concept (preferably attended Basic Food Safety Training or equivalent within 3 years). The course provides conceptual food safety system elements that bring the audience the knowledge to set up their own system in his/her food premises, from purchasing to operational procedures, and corrective action plan to verification of the program.  It also introduces how an audit is performed.  Exercises are created within the course in order to make the system setting in live.  Upon completion of the course, there will be a test and audience who pass the test will be granted a certificate, meaning the personnel is clear with the Food Safety Management System and has the basic knowledge of system set up and audit criteria.
