Food Safety Training for Professionals in Hotel and Catering Industries

As a global leader in safety and quality solutions for the food and catering industries, Intertek is hosting a full-day course “Food Safety Training for Professionals in Hotel and Catering Industries” to address the key challenges faced by food-safety professionals today. Our food experts with in-depth industry knowledge and experience will share their market insights and safety concerns during the course of the training. 

The food-safety training will consist of two sessions. The first session will focus on the operations of hotels and catering businesses, while the second will provide details of the HACCP system and share tips on establishing this system efficiently.

All stakeholders in the catering industries, including management, QA professionals, operations managers, procurement officers, food-handling professionals, and hotel and restaurant staff are welcome to participate. Certificates will be granted to attendees who completed the one-day training.  Seats are limited and participants are encouraged to enroll early.
