Intertek Hong Kong Exhibits at Rethink HK 2023

Leading the Way in Sustainability Transformation

Recently, Intertek Hong Kong proudly participated in ReThink HK 2023 with resounding success. As one of the Event Sponsors, Intertek is proud to be leading Hong Kong towards a more sustainable future.

ReThink is one of Hong Kong’s most notable business events focused on sustainable development. Organised by ReThink HK, the event encompasses multiple conferences, workshops, and expo showcases. This year, the exhibition drew in more than 6,000 attendees, with industry leaders and stakeholders sharing insights from Hong Kong’s perspective and integrating them into their sustainability strategies.

The booth exhibited Intertek’s sustainability services, which assists organisations in achieving their sustainability goals in areas such as food, textiles, automotive, energy, and building and construction. Intertek’s approach to helping clients utilise resources efficiently and achieve carbon reduction, was met with admiration from many.

Alongside Intertek’s sustainability services, the team also presented the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Data and Reporting programme, which guides companies through all aspects of their ESG strategic development when using Intertek’s auditing and advisory capabilities.

Jason Ho, Electrical Vice President, Hong Kong, shared his valuable insights on improving ESG performance at two sessions: "Tech Talks: Sustainable Operation" and the panel "Bridging the Gap: Reimagining Supply Chain with Sustainability". It is amazing how two different aspects such as construction and finance/supply chains can contribute to facilitating greener businesses.
