GSO Certificate Tracking System

GSO Certificate Tracking System goes live!

GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) has announced the official launching of the GSO Certificate Tracking System on 26 June 2016. This system offers pertinent information to the relevant authorities responsible for Border Control and Market Surveillance in GSO member states.

As a GSO Notified Body, Intertek Hong Kong will provide the required services for your product entry.

• For your certificates issued before 1 July 2016, we will register all certificates in the system and reissue those certificates with the G-Marking along and the Notified Body number of Intertek Hong Kong and the QR-code in the certificate as mandatory requirement, and on the products as voluntary requirement.
• For all your certificates issued starting from 1 July 2016, we shall register the certificates in the system with the G-Marking along and the Notified Body number of Intertek Hong Kong and the QR-code in the certificate as mandatory requirement, and voluntarily on the products.
• Starting from 1 January 2017, all products which are subject to conformity assessment involving intervention of notified bodies, shall bear the G-Marking with the number of notified body and the QR-code as mandatory requirement.

The fee for registration of certificates is SR500/certificate/year.
