Introduction of HACCP is a course designed for those who have very good concept on food safety and food safety management system, and would like to understand how HACCP works.  Management is also suitable for this course so as to have a picture of how the system works and decide to put this back to the operation.  This course provides all the information about how to run a HACCP and all the resources needed.  The audience will bring back the ideas and have the knowledge to judge if the company he / she is working for is suitable for making a further step to HACCP.  He / she can also draw a timeline for his / her company to go for HACCP certification.  Exercises are created within the course in order to make the audience thoroughly understand how some of the requirements can be put in real life.  Upon completion of the course, there will be a test and audience who pass the test will be granted a certificate.
