Training Course: Minimizing Food Safety Risks in Schools

The recent incident of water supplies at schools contaminated by lead has raised much public awareness over food safety risk in Hong Kong. Maintaining food safety practices and procedures is crucial for any school and other educational organizations in order to ensure health and safety of students and staff, and prevent the outbreaks of undesirable food incidents. 

As a global leader in safety and quality solutions for food and catering industries, Intertek is hosting a training course  on “Minimizing Food Safety Risk in School” to introduce major food safety challenges faced by educational organizations today and how they can implement best practices to minimize risks.  From personal hygiene,food handling to microbiological contamination, our food expert will walk you through the important food safety criteria and common food safety concerns.

The course is an introductory  class in food safety designed for management and staff in schools who are responsible for administrating food related operation and management. Seats are limited and participants are encouraged to enroll early.
